Abstract
This issue of Cahiers de l’Institut Pascal is a written record of the discussions that took place in the context of the 3-week program Open Quantum Many-Body Physics 2023 (OPENQMBP2023). The goal of this program was to bring together scientists from different communities interested in the out-of-equilibrium physics of open many-body quantum systems. The workshop provided an overview of the emerging concepts, theoretical approaches as well as experimental realisations cutting across different fields, from atomic physics and quantum optics to quantum information and statistical mechanics.
Key words: Nonequilibrium quantum physics / dissipation and decoherence / quantum measurements / entanglement dynamics / noise in quantum systems
